Amedeo Giurazza, a graduate in economy and commerce from Federico II University in Naples, is an accountant and auditor. In 1989 he was appointed exchange broker and, later on, he had various positions on the managing board of the Rome stock exchange. In 1991 he founded Borsaconsult SIM SpA, the main estate brokerages in southern Italy for which he was both managing director and president. In the 1990s he became managing director of Cedborsa ScpA (today SIA SpA), of G4 Gestione Fondi SpA (today Leonardo SGR SpA), as well as a component of the Confindustria finance group, and of the most representative national associations for financial brokerage (first Unionsim and then Assosim). From 1992 to 2009 he was professor, first of stock exchange techniques, and then of economy of financial brokerage, in the economic and business sciences faculty of Sannio University, Benevento. He is a member of the “Institutional Investors’ Relationships” of AIFA (the Italian association for private equity and venture capital). He is a board member of various industrial and service societies.
