Luciano is responsible for the Open Innovation and Sustainability division of the ELIS Consortium. For the Corporates of the Consortium he deals with strategic consulting in the field of sustainability and directs the Open Italy program for the implementation of Corporate-Startup co-innovation projects. Always passionate about technology and agile methodologies he was first researcher at ISPRA and then expert for the Ministry of the Environment in the fields of energy climate and circular economy. After various international experiences he was manager in INVITALIA, consultant for large groups such as EBRD and SANOFI and Startupper… He has published numerous national and international publications and together with Pierluigi Sassi has edited the text “Business Culture and Integral Ecology”. Today he teaches Social Innovation in the department of management ERS (Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability) of LUISS and Climate Change solution at the Polytechnic university of Turin. Luciano graduated with high school degrees in Energy Engineering and Sustainable Development and earned a doctorate in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering; He was visiting at the University of Surrey and has obtained several master’s degrees in Innovation Management with MIP and ESCP and a master’s degree in Strategy and Sustainability at the IESE in Barcelona.
